Thecompany focuses on providing creative innovative and smart advertising through communicationwith the customers while they are outside their home s. In this report the project management planwill be the main concern and will determine how the company can make an effective project plan. The report will identify the need of the digital technology in the development of new projectplan. The digital technology is the combination of each and every technical equipment or theapplication that are used in an organisation for the use of technologies in the business operations oractivities. The digital technologies help a business organisation to perform a variety of operationseffectively and consume time as well as money. The proper use of digital technology can help abusiness or company to gain competitive advantages that results to increase the efficiency and costreductions as well as improving the sales.
