Limited is chosen which is a research and consultancy firm situated in United Kingdom headed
by Mario Bindas. Company was using outdated technology that resulted in failure. In this given
case, to update their technologies, the organisation is focusing on social media implication to
improvise their marketing and communication division. This research project will identify the
significance, scope and limitations of implementing new technologies within the cited firm. This
examination will provide a brief understanding related to the concept of digital technologies.
Addition to this, various research tool and techniques will be used to obtain effective outcomes
in respect to the topic.

By conducting this research I also realized that there are many areas where digital
technologies is must for company, a little ignorance of organisation in adopting innovative
technology will through company out of the market. Addition to this, I also realized importance
of Customer Relationship Management model in Continental Consulting Limited as well as for
small and medium organisation too. On the other hand, I gained numerous learning related to
organising research report through organising numerous activities. I also prepared Gantt Chart
and work-break down structure and that improve my knowledge and skills. The knowledge of
researcher is increased because the study was very wide and broad. I have collected different
types of data from variant sources related to topic of the research study. Through collecting data,
I found that information collected from primary source is best as compare to secondary data
collection that also increased my knowledge to the great extend. I have also faced various issues
in conducting research as there was less response, limited resources and many other issues that
hinders me in gathering of information. On the other hand, I also collected data from secondary
sources by reading books and journals through which I successfully addressed business project.
CONCLUSION
The above examination of study concluded that social media marketing is very important
for small and medium scale companies as digitalization help company as well as people to
collect huge collection of information and transmission of data. In order to sustain in the market,
company has to adopt innovative and advance technologies within their operations and functions.
Addition to this, the importance of selection methodologies of research was also understood in
