INTRODUCTION
Digital technology is increasing day by day and giving its major impact on marketing
activity of business. Through implementing digital technology in marketing procedure several
benefits will be gain such as increasing productivity, sales and so on. One of them is mobile
technology which assist in marketing of products in better manner (Ahmed Dine Rabeh,
Jimenez-Jimenez and Martínez-Costa, 2013). Along with this, the same assist in framing
appropriate business world where business operations can be alter in any manner. This report is
based on Ensoft which is software company having 70 engineers who are expert in developing
all the features of networking software. Main aim of the report is how digital technology has
transformed business activities like market of Ensoft company. Below mention report determine
major aims and objectives and produce proper management plan which help in accomplishing
business objectives.

P1 Aims and objectives
Main aims and objective of this project is to determine the impact of digital technology
on business activity e.g. marketing in appropriate manner (Wang, Yu and Wei, 2012). As well
digital technology is necessary for formulating goals and objectives of business and also in
achieving these objectives in given time period. The respective technology provide several tools
to business which is related to digital technology that give impact on increasing marketing
activities, sales, market shares and so on. Apart from this, there are several business operations
which is done in better manner through digital technology such as finance, marketing, human
resource and information technology. Through digital technology company can easily gain their
goals and objectives in better manner (Bruhn, Schoenmueller and Schäfer, 2012). Because in
administration department, it assist in storing several information and data, also in sharing
essential files through cloud technology.
Moreover, digital technology design effectual process of communication by identifying
proper tool such as mobile technology, social media. All these help business in communicating,
developing relation, connecting with peoples and coordinate at global level. There are various
companies which implement latest technology for better production, innovation and creation in
goods and many other. Main aim of implementing digital technology in enterprise is to do work

in better manner and also for taking better position in market area. So competitive advantages
can be easily achieved in perfect manner.

Digital technology is the tool which assist in carrying out business activity in better
manner and also for surviving in competitive business environment. Although, it is important
factor which results in improving productivity of business and also in maintaining quality of
goods which is offered to their customers. Whereas, this report is analysing impact of mobile
technology in marketing activity of Ensoft Software Company (Eckerson, 2010). It is an
enterprise which have several engineers who are specialist in designing all the aspects of
networking software. There are several digital marketing tools and techniques which is used by
them for creating awareness related to software among customers. Mobile technology is the best
digital marketing tool which assist Ensoft Software company in spreading information.

P2 Produce project management plan
For smooth and successful business there is requirement of setting proper project
management plan. So that business can easily achieved their desired targets and goals in
effective manner. Their is requirement of proper planning for framing management plan which

can be also said as blue print of project. Moreover, project plan includes scope, cost, quality, risk
and communication for successful implementation of advance framed plan. All these factors play
important role in making plan more successful and it will be also beneficial for saving time and
cost of project. An company need to consider all these components for is easy and smooth
running as well for achieving desired goals and objectives (Goodrich and De Mooij, 2014).
Several aspects which is important for framing project management plan related to digital
technology is given below :-
Quality – This can be related to anything and it includes various factors related to quality
of project which results in accomplishment on time. Quality matters a lot thus, it should be kept
in mind that planing should be done in better manner by keeping the term quality in mind.
Mobile digital technology impact on small and micro organisations results in increasing market
shares which help in high profitability. Thus, quality factor of project management plan must be
done in better manner. It is important for organisation to use latest tools and techniques of digital
technology because through this task can be complete in easy manner within specified time
period. Although, project manager have to develop plan in better manner so that desired task can
be achieved in better manner. For designing correct time duration of the project critical path
method can be use by Ensoft software Company because it will aids in allocating needed
resources among various activities whose main function is to achieve desired outcomes and
results.
Time – Their should be specific time of project completion which require to implement
effectual mobile technology for Ensoft Software company so that they can deliver better services
to customers in large market area. On time achieving task can be possible only when digital
technology is implemented in particular project (Hutter and et. al., 2013). Thus, it is important
for business to implement such tool and techniques. While framing plan it must be kept in mind
that manager have to do proper planning which is related to specific time period. For time
designing Critical Path method is best tool because it help in achieving the task in better manner
on time. Although, it will aids in allocating needed resources among numbers of activity whose
major function is to get desired results or outcomes.
Scope – Scope of this project is wide since the organisation is using digital technology in
better manner. Through this, it has been analysed that company will be able to enhance their
demand in marketplace and will be able to achieve their objective in particular time period. It is

the duty of the researcher to find out the major advantages of digital technologies and thus apply
it in their projects so that the activities are being conducted in an well manner.
Costs – This is the most important factor which must be consider by project manager
while developing management plan. In this part mainly budget is prepared that what cost will be
incurred while conducting which activity. Thus, it is the duty of project manager to do proper
planning of budgeting, funds, expenses of project and resources so that work can be completed in
better manner (Pookulangara and Koesler, 2011). Moreover, for implementing digital technology
in business there is requirement of proper amount of funds. After that manager of company have
to invest in training and development of employees also so that they can work in better manner
on latest technology.
Communication – It is important for smooth running of business and their should be two
way communication always in business. Project manager have to design plan for implementing
effectual communication process for providing information or data to making latest techniques
and methods and also using such tools for rising performance to achieve with targets. For
implementing anything in business there is requirement of proper communication process which
can be possible through telecommunication, mobile technology, emails and so on. Hence,
communication is the best element which assist in developing good relationship through better
interaction with customers. Apart from this, communication must be from top to lower level and
lower to top.
Resources – There is need of resources for developing project plan because only with the
assistance of resources organisation can achieve their pre-planned project in better manner. In
particular project there are several activities which take place for these there is requirement of
resources which is allocated by project manager (Wang, Yu and Wei, 2012). This involves
manpower, building, land and capital equipments and so on.
P3 Work Break down structure and Gantt chart
Work breakdown structure is a hierarchical tree structure which gives outline to the
project and break it down in small parts or in more manageable portions (Smith, 2011). In simple
term it can be said that it is that which manage team work of different sections and divide them
into manageable parts. Main motive of implementing WBS in organisation is to manage large

project in better manner. When task is divided in small parts which is performed by different
team members. Moreover, WBS is mainly utilise by project manager for dividing work into
several staff members as per their skills and knowledge for achieving goals and objective within
specified time period. Apart from this, major role of manager is to analyse and identify
knowledge as well ability of employees for performing work. Through this productivity and
profitability of business can be increase.
Gantt chart is important method assigning task with their respective time schedule and it
support in completion of overall project on time in well manner (Wang, Yu and Wei, 2012).
Respective chart is in the form of graphs which assist in making project plans and schedules
related to several activities in better manner. Apart from this, it is also known as blueprint of
project which shows allocation of various task with their starting and ending timing.

P4 Carry out small scale research
Research is conducted by manager of the company and main motive of conducting it is
for gathering and collecting appropriate data as well information through various tools, methods
and techniques. Through result of research Ensoft Software Company can take better decision
which will results in their growth and development. Using mobile technology for marketing
activity assist in building brand image with both market and customers as well it will directly
gives impact on increasing sales. For conducting mini research there are various methods which
is required description of these are mention below :-
 Qualitative Research - It is the form of research in which attitude of respondent related
to digital technology in organisation is analysed. In this data is collected through
conversational and open-ended communication as well scientific methods are used for
gathering non-numerical data (Wang, Yu and Wei, 2012). Research manager use method
for gathering data is opinion, thoughts and perception of people related to marketing
activity where products and services are serving to customers. There are several elements
which is included in qualitative research are observation, interview, group discussion and
many more.
 Quantitative research - It is that tool and technique which assist in collecting correct
data and information in the form of statistical and assist in decision making process of
company. In addition to this, researcher use various techniques and methods of
quantitative research which involves numerical, mathematical and computational so this
will support in gathering accurate data or information. This is much necessary in
achieving better results because of this project manager can compare effectual data for
identifying possible results in easy manner.
Apart from this, there are two types of data collection method description of these is mention
below :-
 Primary Method – In this method researcher use several tools and techniques for
collecting data and information. Along with this, in primary method data gathered is first
hand which was never been used before through anyone. This is the best method of
analysing impact of digital technology and mobile technology on marketing activity of
business. There are several customers who directly attract towards services and products

offering by Ensoft Software Company. Thus, there are several methods of collecting data
in this such as interviews, group discussion, questionnaire, observation and many other.
 Secondary Method – It is another method of collecting data for research and it is easy as
well less expensive. Moreover, this can be past data of company or collected by someone
before. Secondary data can be collected through several components such as blogs,
articles, magazines, websites, newspaper and many more.

Research is important part because it help in data and information collection in better
manner through various sources. There are two data collection method which can be used are
primary and secondary. Thus, in this project method is used for the respective is primary data
collection method. Because it assist in gathering fresh and first hand data which provides actual
information. Main motive of conducting this research is identifying impact of mobile technology
on marketing activity of business. Apart from this, it can be recommended that organisation
management help in enhancing market share so they can bring out these modifications in several
channels.
P7 Reflection
According to the above project, it has been determined that digital technology gives its
major impact on sales and profit volume of business. As per my views, company have to execute
several attractive and creative thoughts as well ideas for increasing their future growth and
success of business in well manner. Through digital marketing company can market their goods
and services by using mobile technology because it aids in maintaining or building direct
connection with customers.
CONCLUSION
From the above mention assignment it has been concluded that digital technologies are
increasing day by day and using by business for increasing their productivity and sales.
Moreover, mobile technology is part of digital which is giving wide impact on marketing activity
of business. As well it assist in achieving goals and objectives of business in specific time period.
Main aim behind applying digital technology in business is to carry out operation in better
manner and for taking better position in market so competitive advantages can be achieved.
Apart from this, for achieving goals and objectives of business there is requirement of proper
