Background
Digital transformation consider important role to meet with every company's goals and
objectives. This is because, in marketing digital technology assists to make high growth of
company. Common challenge also reduced with digital technology to acquire and retain
customers. Integrated plan must be develop to grow and exchange ideas with audience in
effective manner. There are mainly three elements exist in digital technology that assists to
increase successful marketing activities. For instance, action, opportunities and strategies. With
the help of integrated strategic plan, digital technology fully implemented to make several
changes in marketing (Livet, Yannayon and McMillen, 2018).
Rationale
In respect to conduct present research, it can be stated that digital transformation in small
business helps to get appropriate results with using digital media. In marketing activities,
opportunities also develop successfully to face challenges solve issues and problems. This
research helps to make effective functioning in further consideration that need to promote
opportunities in businesses (Stout, Lee and Huang, 2014). Furthermore, new technologies also

important to cope up with different activities and tasks that helps to design and maintain

creativity at workplace. In the present research, different tools and techniques involved that help
to make project management plan in systematic manner (Alam and Imran, 2015). They are as
follows: Cost: In the research, there are different activities and tasks has been performed that help
to attain more systematic results at workplace. In this regard, total £850 has been taken to
perform several activities and tasks. Total amount of this research assists to develop more
significant functioning in research. As a result, it will help to explore appropriate findings
and conclusion towards whole research (Grishikashvili, Dibb and Meadows, 2014). Risk: Risk is also important element of research which need to remove with provide
appropriate data. It will help to consider systematic work performance in order to gather
information at workplace. Limited time and cost create more risk to set targets and
engaged with several customers in business. As a result, researcher should focus to
consider proper functioning with time and cost (Arnaudov, Yoon and Hwang, 2017). Scope: With respect to undertake research study, it is important to focus on scope that
attain more significant results for future. In this regard, researcher need to implement
innovations and creativity that assists to perform desired results at workplace.
Furthermore, this research also helps to make further consideration to operate functions
and operations (Johnson, 2016). Resources: In the research, there are different resources needed to find more useful
results. There are primary and secondary two kinds of information must be gather to
