This report is based on project aims, objectives and time frame to accomplishin proper way. It also includes small scale research by collecting knowledge and information tosupport the project in better way. In it project by communicating in appropriate way by givingrecommendations. At last it includes values that gained by conducting a project for sustainableorganisational performance. It consisted Gantt chart and work break down structure toaccomplish an project at standard time frame. In that project plan should be framed byconsidering various factors such as cost of project, quantity , risk factor and communication withresources to accomplish at appropriate results. To measure quality of a project, researcher used various samples that give major outcomes to know viability of it. On other hand project helps in know taste and preferences of consumers and bring changes accordingly so that project should begain success.Communication: Communication is an effective tool to share right kind of knowledge and information to host nation (Frankenberger and et. al., 2013.). In communication project goals, objectives and their role should be discussed in proper way so that project aim should be accomplished in proper way. Risk associated with every factor in that case research and project are very important to measure risk factor. To measure risk researcher use quantitative method that elaborate each and every factor and for project they evaluate Mexico economy that are stable in nature.Resources: Resources are very much important assets of an organisation to execute project atappropriate time and in desirable manner ( Davies and Hughes, 2014..). have to assemble all necessary resources in which skilled labour force, raw material and tools toaccomplish desirable outcomes. Resources should be available in both tangible and intangibleform so in that particular project resources are skilled labour and finance. To carry out researchand project researcher need to tools and techniques, machineries and skilled labour force. Produce a work breakdown structure and a Gantt chart to provide time frames and stages forcompletion.Work break down structure refers to divide project in simpler and manageable tasks,project managers use that method to simplify the project execution. In that process larger tasksshould be broken down into manageable works (Heger and Rohrbeck, 2012). It is not restrictedfor a specific field when practically apply it into organisation. It also helps in set out all majorworks and activities by developing expenditure and project efficiency plans in proper way byZara. It proved beneficial for firms to avail resources and attain objectives to gain businessobjectives. The major reasons behind using WBS is to get accurate and accountable project andtheir results. Give proper responsibility to project team so that each can give their best byunderstand their roles in proper way. WBS can be build after identifying the main deliverables ofa project to deliver a work in proper way.
