working within organization. Diversity, inclusive have been increasingly recognised in the most
utilised manner. it has demonstrated with the behaviour of organization and requisite diversity at
workplace (Gonzaga, Appiah-Pippim and Yialamas, 2020). The attitude may influence the
employee behaviours which is leading to low morale, high absenteeism, and low job satisfaction.
In this way, workforce diversity has become important tool or platform which always promotes
new way to accomplish individual as well as organizational objective.
On the other hand, inclusion focus beyond the concept where each staff member put efforts
in the organization. Moreover, it require the better inclusiveness to change the fundamental
business structure, procedures, leadership style and although culture of company. The report will
discuss about the strategies and initiative by company whereas building the inclusive as well as
diverse workforce. Furthermore, it will consider the challenges which also eliminating through
