A diverse workforce also creates skill, talent, background and experience which is helpful in achieving of healthycompetitioninmarket.Thismakesworkforceverymuchefficientandfillwith uniqueness of performing business activities. Workforce is required working environment that leads towards achieving of objectives in an organization. ASDA is a British multinational supermarket that was established in 1949. Headquarters is being set in Leeds and has around 450000 employees with 6800 shops that are present oversees also. In this file a research has to be conducted over inclusive and diverse workforce. Further in this file strategies has to be explained to form diverse form of workforce. Also how diverse workforce is helpful in gaining diversity in workforce. All this is to be covered in the research that has to be done over small scale with applicability of appropriate tools. TASK 1 P1 Aims and objectives Researcher has found that workforce consists of those employees under which a diverse nature is there and is also present in its work force has helped an organization in gaining diversity with working pattern in an organization.
