INTRODUCTION
 Talent management is an important tool in any business which is defined by managing the
internal workforce of an organization. Different business applies different tools and measures
in order to develop and maintain the internal management the workforce. The human resource
manager of an organization is responsible to recruit highly talented and skilled workforce of
an organization and maintain a highly competent workforce in the organization.

Project Planning
 Project initiation: At this stage of project, the actual objective and need of the project
development is bee determined.
 Project planning: At this phase, the project manager in Tesco consults with other line manager
and team leaders that what is the best plan that needs to formulated in order to accomplish the
identifies project objective.
 Project execution: At this stage, the formulated plan is being implemented and assigned to
different team in order to accomplish the project objectives.
 Business process redesign (BPR): BPR is the process of improving the current structure or
process to bring a positive change in the management system.
