Introduction
Equality among workers plays an important role in the success of an organisation as by
building an inclusive working environment the performance of workers can be increased which
help in enhancing the competitiveness of business in market. It is also important that people
belonging to different caste, religion, sex, age etc. are given an inclusive workplace as it help in
bringing varied ideas in company along with different experiences, skills etc. Creating an
inclusive and diverse working environment help in increasing innovation in company along with
enhancing its brand image through improved quality of products and services offered so that high
customer satisfaction can be achieved (Bonilla-Rodriguez, 2016). In this report the ways through
which Bandon Tiles Ltd which a small manufacturing company that is planning on expanding
and planning its workforce can create equality and diversity among workers will be discussed. In
order to determine these strategies, Bentley Motors Ltd which is a British car manufacturing
company headquartered in England, UK and manufactures luxury cars and SUVs is taken. A
small scale research will be conducted in this report by forming a project management plan,
research methodology; application of research tools etc. so that objectives of research can be
achieved.
P1) Aims and objectives
For an organisation to successfully survive in market it is important that they treat their
employees equally irrespective of differences like caste, sex, age, religion etc. so that an effective
and healthy working environment can be created. This can help the workers in using their skill
and abilities in achieving organisational goals. Equal and fair treatment and opportunities can
enhance the motivation of employees so that they can work together and coordinate their work
efficiently (Clarke and Higgs, 2016).

to create a diverse and equal workforce.

P2) Project management plan
Before initiating a project it is important that a well structured and approved document
containing details about the resources, cost, time, scope etc. is created so that the objectives of
project can be efficiently achieved. It also helps the researcher in completing the project utilising
the resources and budget determined in PMP so that it can be finished within stipulated time.
Following are the components which are included in this plan regarding the project:
Cost: It is the most important element of initiating a project as all the resources and time
required to complete the project depends on its budget which make it easier to complete
the project effectively and efficiently (Dickens, Womack and Dimes, 2019). Estimation
of the project cost must be done accurately as the quality of the project depends on the
budget which is allocated to it. In order to complete this project the cost estimated by
researcher is £100 so that all the research related activities can be completed efficiently
so that high quality results can be achieved.

topic from sources like interviews, observations etc. so that the views and opinions of people can
be collected so that new results can be formed. As this method help in developing knowledge the
information so received cannot be demonstrated on tables, graphs etc. which makes it difficult in
the interpretation of results (Hajro, Gibson and Pudelko, 2017).
Quantitative method: Through this method mathematical information can be collected
which can be easily demonstrated on graphs, tables, pie-charts etc. so that the interpretation of
information can be effectively done. The sources of collecting this information are questionnaire,
surveys etc. In this research both qualitative and quantitative method will be used so that deep

I have completed research on a very interesting topic related with determining the

with enhancing equality among them. I conducted the research on 30 workers of Bentley Motors
Ltd so that the ways through which the company builds an equal and diverse working
environment can be found so that these can be strategically implemented in Bandon Tiles Ltd
which is a small manufacturing company. This research has helped in improving my knowledge
regarding the importance of inclusiveness and diversity among workers and also helped in
enhancing my research skills. I completed the research in systematic manner by developing a
project management plan and effective application of research tools so that highly effective
results can be drawn. I applied my theoretical and academic knowledge practically which is

important in my personal and professional development and can also help me in developing my
career as a researcher. It can also help me in gaining better research projects in future so that i
can become financially strong and develop my career. While conducting the research certain
problems were faced by me like convincing the staff members of Bentley in participating in
research, managing the team members, time management, using the available limited resources
etc. However, i used various research tools like Gantt chart, WBS and also took assistance from
teachers so that research can be effectively completed. I also identified certain areas where
improvement in my skills needs to be done so that i can improve my research skills like
managing time, managing team, improving my patience etc. so that better research results can be
achieved.
Conclusion
