business which can be increasing trade and level of migration among countries. It also helps in
emergence of global brands, expanding foreign direct investment and offshoring and outsourcing
of production. The organisation chosen for given assignment is TESCO which is operating
business in Spain that was founded in 1919 at United Kingdom that deals in retail sector. This
deals in clothing, books, furniture, electronic, petrol, financial services and others. It is largest
retailer organisation in world in terms of revenue. There are 6800 shops in different locations and
employing 450,000 employees for achievement of goals. This report highlights aim and
objectives of project along with project management plan for goal achievement. It also covers
time framework, research methodologies, data analysis and recommendation of report.

The aim of project is to determine the influence of multinational companies on the business
environment of Spain.”- A case study on TESCO. The main objectives of report are to
determine influence of MNC on environment of business. The project was supposed to
accomplish set aim and objectives within given time period for effective outcomes. For that I
have done research for this project to collect data and information and accomplish project
timely with accurately and correctly.

The aim of project is to determine influence multinational organisation at business environment.
Yes, the project succeeds in its aim as I have shown my report to my senior and team member
for evaluation and they gave positive feedback for report. They also guided me for improving it
more by giving me ideas and suggestion regarding project which is assigned to me more
effectively and efficiently. I showed my project to my tutor on weekly basis in order to improve
it and achieve final set aim and objectives in given time period.

inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
In order to work effectively and efficiently I have made time framework for each and every task
