INTRODUCTION Managing a successful business plan is defined as the process of depth study in which different tasks are taking place such as planning, organising, directing and controlling. These processes are helpful in completing the entire assigned work with high degree of efficiency and productivity. (Baporikar, 2017).For establishing a successful business plan, It is important to havetherequiredskillsandknowledgetomeettheobjectivityofthebusiness.Talent management is a significant process which is associated with influencing the employees in such a way that they can be retained within an organisation for longer duration of time.This could lead the business to utilise skills and competence of their employees in optimal manner so that these skills can be aligned with attainment of goals and objectives as well. Morrisons is the chosen organisation for this report, It is the largest chain of supermarket in the United Kingdom and it is founded by William Morrisonsin 1899. This report will cover the aimand objectives of the talent management and data collection with the help of primary and secondary sources and interpret ate them in order to get the reflection of the respective research. TASK 1 P1.Devise project aim and objectives for a chosen scenario. Talent management is the continuous process which attract and retain the high quality employees,developing their skills and influencing them for their better performance. The main motive of talent management is to motivate the potential employees so that they can retain in the business for a longer period of time. It is the business tool which help in getting the things done in an effective manner with the help of experienced employees. Morrisons is the third largest chain of supermarket in the United Kingdom, which was established by William Morrisons in 1899.For this report, The researcher is being hired as a HR consultant, who identified the talent management in the business. Talent management helps in enhancing the performance of employees in an appropriate manner so that they can be retained in the business for a longer period time. The main aim of the research is to identify the problems faced within workplace in implication of talent management The aims and objective of the research is discussed below: Research Aim:

Project management plan is the documentation of project outline that define the scope, budget, timeline and goal of the business plan. It helps in communicating the related information to the concerned authorities with in a set time frame. It also analyse the various business activitiesin an appropriatemanner. There are various componentswhich involve in the formulation of project management plan of Morrisons which is discussed as follows:
Cost:It is the amount of money which the company spend on the production of goods and services in order to meet the expectations of potential customer at the target market. This is the main component for any project to run their activities in effective manner. It also helps in accomplishment of work with in a set time frame with available resources.Under this project cost is estimated to 20 pounds. There were various challenges facing at the time of data collection like I am not able to intact with the employees and not getting the exact opinion of the them but gradually, I intact with the employees and ask related questions and take the proper feedback from the employees who shared their feelings and their experience with the help of my convincing power and finally I have get the clarity in relation to different prospective of the employees in context to talent management. This report helps me in getting the right prospective of the employees and also enable me to use the various strategies in order to solve the problem in an effective manner and
also help me in knowing various practices that help in retention of the employees within the organisation. Me as researcher find the several ways like directing and giving proper eduction to the employees so that they can enhance their skills and knowledge accordingly in order to retain in the business.Now I got to know my strength and effective use of them for the personal development of mine that will help in my future career. CONCLUSION It s concluded from the above report that Talent management play in important role in the retention of an employees for a longer period of time. This can be done by influencing the employees for their better performance so that each task of the business operation can be done in an effective manner. Project management plan is the process of explaining the things done in an appropriate manner by giving accurate information to the employees. It includes risk, scope, resources, quality and time. Gantt chart is made for knowing the time line and thespiting the task so that they can be done in an effective manner and work breakdown structure also defines the various task in to small group and help in making the right use of each resources in an appropriate manner. Furthermore, the research has use the qualitative and quantitative method for getting the accurate information that help in getting the relevant data. Researcher also use the primary source of data collection in which they use questionnaire and also sue secondary source of data in which they use books and journals. It is suggest for the company to give proper training and development to their employees so that they can work in an effective manner.

Did the project succeed in its aims? How do you know? Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment undertaken. Yes I am able to achieve aims and objectives of research. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project (e.g. initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives. Team sprite and group working are the best things which gives positive results. What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process? Time mismanagement and conflict among team works are issues which arise while performing research. What did you learn from undertaking the project? I am able to enhance my knowledge related to Talent-management and able to know importance for an organisation. How would you rate your performance as project manager? I rate my performance 9 out of 10. What strengths and weaknesses of your performance did you identify? My strength was futuristic approach for solving problem and weakness is lack of confidence. How will this inform and support your continuous professional development?
