Self-refection on Teamwork Introduction This session on teamwork makes me realized that due to the current dynamic environment, concept of working has completely changed from individual to work as a team member. Now individual are no solo character in the organization anymore they have to act as a team. In addition to this, this session was very focused on the importance of teamwork in our society as well as professional time. This session also connected me with my personal experience related to teamwork both in practical as well as theoretical aspects. This session offers me the opportunity to feel the work environment while working in a team instead of an individual. Experience on team work This session helped me in realizing the real power of teamwork. Though I have many interactions related to this teamwork I was not completely aware of it. Before this session, I was not taking this term seriously even having a lot of direct and indirect experience related to teamwork in my both personal as well as professional life. Before this session, I use to believe that in order to complete any task within the given time, individual working was better than team work because the person has full control on the decision related to the task as compared to working in a team. But this session realized me that if right individuals are arranged in the group despite their cultural differences, background and skills than any impossible mission can be made possible. I realized that my perception of teamwork was negative. Quite frankly, I was not interested during initial stages because I thought that working in time will invest a lot of time and effort which will not able to give expected results as compared to work on individually. I selected one portion of the task and started working on it individually but soon I realized that I am in true need of help. When I got another hand for this portion I realized that we were able to complete this portion of task earlier than the given time. After this incident, I realized the power of effective teamwork and benefits which are connected with the teamwork while working as a teamwork. I realized that team work is not about completion of task only. In fact, it is all about exchange of health relation, skills, knowledge, and techniques which are helpful for all the individuals who are working in the team. Conclusion I realized that any difficult goal can be achieved in life with the help of teamwork because it offers the opportunity to exchange knowledge and in addition to this, it also helps in learning newskillsandtechniquewhichareveryimportantformypersonalgrowthaswellas
