Teamwork helped in bonding the individuals from different culture, background, and nation to
keep their conflicts away in order to complete this mission successful (Ghaferi and Dimick,
2016). In addition to this, teamwork helped in managing the workload which could impact the
success of this mission in terms of demotivation and dissatisfaction within the people associated
with the rescue mission. Also, teamwork has helped in managing the right information flow
among the people in order to reduce the possibility of frightens within the people of the country
which could have impacted the overall working for the Thai government in this mission. In
addition to this, it was the teamwork which made it possible by bringing the right material at
right time and place within the required time because in this situation time played a very
important role for the success of this mission (Hunziker et al., 2011). A small miss management
related to time could have cost number of life which no body could have ever imagined in this
Thai cave rescue mission.
Aspects that made teamwork effective
This case offers important teamwork lesion by directing that if something seems to be impossible
for a single person, there is no shame for asking help. Just in Thai cave rescue case, it was not
