MANAGMENT1 Introduction This essay is all above the learning about importance of team work from Thai cave rescue case. In addition to this, this essay is also focused on the aspects which are importance for the effective team work. This essay is also focused on the learning from the role played by team in success of the rescue mission in Thai cave rescue case. Importance of teamwork in Thai cave rescue case Thai cave rescue case is the real case which offers the experience of effective teamwork. It directs that anything can be possible if the right set of people are combined in a group for a particular purpose. Thai cave rescue case insight the combination of people from multiple boundaries like culture, location, and functions full of conflicts (Cohen, 2009). This case offers that in order to achieve high goals these set of variations are the best choice for any organization to attain their objective or overall goal; it may environment problem or working on some innovative technology. This rescue mission was full of difficulty and life threat situation and it was not possible to complete this mission without having the right combination of experts, knowledge, and skills. Only teamwork is the only option which could bring success in this impossible mission. Teamwork helped in bonding the individuals from different culture, background, and nation to keep their conflicts away in order to complete this mission successful (Ghaferi and Dimick, 2016). In addition to this, teamwork helped in managing the workload which could impact the success of this mission in terms of demotivation and dissatisfaction within the people associated with the rescue mission. Also, teamwork has helped in managing the right information flow among the people in order to reduce the possibility of frightens within the people of the country which could have impacted the overall working for the Thai government in this mission. In addition to this, it was the teamwork which made itpossible by bringing the right material at right time and place within the required time because in this situation time played a very important role for the success of this mission (Hunziker et al., 2011). A small miss management related to time could have cost number of life which no body could have ever imagined in this Thai cave rescue mission. Aspects that made teamwork effective This case offers important teamwork lesion by directing that if something seems to be impossible for a single person, there is no shame for asking help. Just in Thai cave rescue case, it was not possible for Thais to pull the people out alone. It simply indicated that in order to achieve impossible things, it is better to make better use of collaboration in order to bring diverse strength together for an effective outcome. Right set of collaborations helps in generating supercharge which act as a motivation factor for the team in terms of their ability, efforts, energy and approach of carrying out implementation for the high outcome. In addition to this, this case also highlighted another important aspect of teamwork which is knowledge exchange between the team. Thai case rescue is the real-life example of knowledge exchange between hundreds of mind which were working for bringing the rescue mission effectively. It simply indicates that in order to break down this impossible mission in to possible mission, swapping of knowledge plays a very important role by helping in implementing the right approach which fits the present situation. Another important aspect associated with teamwork which was highlighted in Thai cave rescue case was following the leadership, every individual which were part of the rescue team directly or indirect followed a leadership pattern which helped in avoiding any kind of confusion in their rescue work. Role played by team in Thai case rescue mission In Thai cave rescue case, teamwork plays one of the most important roles for the success of this mission. As per the study, it has been seen that most of the strategy fails not because of the pattern but because of wrong implementation of the strategy in order to complete the mission. In addition to this, teamwork helped in minimizing the situation of panic with in the people associated with this mission such as parents, government, individuals and so on (Kilner and Sheppard, 2010). In this situation, team helped in sharing proper

This has helped in increasing the speed of this complete mission which was directly linked with the rescue of the individuals that were trapped in the cave. In addition to this, teamwork also helped in promoting problem solving approach which increase the percentage of success in this rescue mission because it helped in understand the possible difficulties which can arise due the rescue procedure and therefore offer the chance for rescue team to bring possible option for this rescue mission (Farh, Seo, and Tesluk, 2012). Conclusion Current business world is full of complex problems which usually displays the nature of impossibility. In order to handle such situation, team work plays very important role by act as explorer, resource allocator and expert in implementing correct approach in the present situation. In addition to this, team work make use of effective communication to avoid any kind of confusion in the process.
