workforce within the retain outlet of company. This report cover topics like prepare the aim,
objective as well as time frame of the selected theme. Carry out small scale research on the basis
of information gathered from data collection method to support respective project. Produce the
project and communicate effectively after generating meaningful conclusion. Furthermore, on

promote the Equality as well as diversity amongst the workforce. It helps to avoid the biasness

and so on (Cacchione, 2016). The managers of Sainsbury company hire workforce on the basis
of their capabilities and current knowledge rather than making any prejudiced in terms of gender
discrimination. This has generated ample opportunity for an organisation by promoting different
mindset or inclusive workforce to participate in smooth functioning.
