The information and communication technology is impacting the businesses and they will
made it easy for them to increase performance (Anthony Jnr and Abbas Petersen, 2020). The
Covid 19 pandemic is helped the organisation in increasing the use of IT that will help them in
communicating with the employees. The organisations are using the smart phones and internet
for working with the employees who are in different places. The IT has the advantage and
disadvantage that will help them in improving performance. The report is on the businesses
around the world have turned to provide their services virtually online due to the current

The organisation are giving the online products and services and they are giving it
according to the customers. The IT used by the organisation which are helping them in the Covid
19 are Zoom and Microsoft Teams. They are different in the quality of the services and the types
of employees in the organisation. The features, applications, suitability, advantages and
disadvantages are
Zoom- The Zoom is the video conferencing services which is cloud based and helps in
virtually meeting of the others. They are having the audio and video chats and the live chats that
can be recorded to use in the future. It is one of the most used IT services that is helping the
organisation. The features of the zoom are that there can be a large number of people who can
have the meeting on zoom and they are connected with internet. The zoom can have 500 people
and in the plan which is not involving money can have a 40 min call for 100 people. The screen
can be shared with the people and they will help them in increasing the performance (Mehta and
Wang, 2020). The employees can record the meeting and they will use it when they want. The
Zoom is on the desktop and IOS and can be used with the smart phones. The employees can stop
the video, the mic can be mute and the screen can have the names. The desktop users can have
the pools, have the local recording, it can be post on the Facebook and it can have it on the
