also printings set of the different cultural dimensions quantified. This model has four different
dimensions such as uncertainty avoidance, power distance, masculinity- femininity and
individualism- collectivism. These dimensions explain how people, business practices and
culture is different from one nation to other, to give this clarity in a better way, Minkov,
Hofstede and Bond gave the scores to each nations on scale of 0 to 100 for the each dimension.

model is that only way a person can understand other people's internal culture is to participate
actively in their culture. This is only by that an organisation or individual can gain the
comprehensibility of underlying customs, ideologies, beliefs etc. In context to corporate, similar
perception is apply that states about gain knowledge regarding culture of other country through

the national cultural differences is framework for the cross- cultural communication that applied
to management and general business. This model was developed through Trompenaars and
Charles Hampden-Turner. This model states that organisations are dealing with variety of the
cultures in all over world (Edmonstone, 2014). The cultural differences will develop better

Specific vs. diffuse, Achievement vs. ascription, Individualism vs. communitarianism, Neutral
vs. affective, Sequential time vs. synchronous time and Internal direction vs. external direction.

individualism- collectivism. These dimensions explain how people, business practices and
