Weakness
The premium image and price of the product of the company is a weakness because
there are many customers cannot afford it.
The company has limited product portfolio as compare to the other competitors. The

other enjoy the level of productivity and sale.
Opportunities
The company has high brand value in the market that is why it can easily launch the
new product in the market.

Threat
