It is known as reliable and smart brand that have high demand rate in the market. The company is the most valuable brand in the world that is why it has high revenue. It is founded that the company is financially strong (Cheshnotes, 2018). Weakness The premium image and price of the product of the company is a weakness because there are many customers cannot afford it. The company has limited product portfolio as compare to the other competitors. The most popular portfolio are iPhone, Mac, iPad and the others due to less portfolio the other enjoy the level of productivity and sale. Opportunities The company has high brand value in the market that is why it can easily launch the new product in the market. Apple made the several acquisitions in its business journey. The company can make more similar acquisition to expand its market. Threat It has been seen that the company has high value of goodwill which attracts the large number of consumer towards it. There are many competitors of the brand who compete brand by producing the same nature of product such as laptop and
MARKETING2 smartphones. The company has high threat from the competitors such as Samsung, Dell (Reuters, 2018). The fluctuation of economy affects the company in the terms of profits. The company is an international brand that is why it faces the heavy loss due to heavy fluctuation in economy. B.Response It is observed that the nature of market is dynamic which can be change with the passage of time. It is necessary for the company to modify the business as per the environment. The company should consider the changes and adopt the strategy according to the environment in order to maintain the business (ToughNickel, 2017). Changes are implemented in the business due to many reasons such as to better business performance, employees work and a better position for the organisation. It should also upgrade the products and services as per the environment. Potter’s generic strategy and Ansoff Matrix are the major strategies which can be used by the company in order to achieve the success in the fluctuated environment. The company can also change the organisation structure as per the marketing environment. Porter’s generic strategy defines the strategy which is used to gain the competitive advantage. The company uses the differentiation strategy of generic strategy in order to develop the different product as compare to the others. This strategy helps the company in order to satisfy the new demand of customer due to which the company earns the high profit and gran the high market share in the market. The differentiate product helps the company to gain the competitive advantage. The main aim of the companies is to earn the high revenue and the high market share in the market. The reducing the cost and developing the different product helps the company in order to achieve their objective(Nagle, & Müller, 2017).
