INTRODUCTION
Career plan is the concept which is being used to analyse the skills and the interest of the
person for setting the career goals for getting the best outcome in the business. This is the
continuous aspects that includes the main consideration as the blue print of career goals(Bruni-
Bossio and Delbaere, 2021). There are certain professional areas that includes human resource,
marketing, finance and information technology. For this prospective report, I have chosen the
professional field and in that I have the choose the appropriate career path. Moreover, There are
certain challenges and the strengths which includes the career path is being evaluated and how
these can be overcome with those strengths.

For this respective report, marketing is the chosen professional field and it is the
department that is responsible for promoting ad advertising the products and services of an
organisation. This requires specialised person who is having excellent skills in order to perform
better in their given job role and attract the large group of people who can buy the goods and
services from them. It is the vital unit of any business which leads to increase the customer base
of the prospective buyer within the particular span of time.
Discuss and analyse the career path
It is defined as the sequence of job which is having their short and long-term goal in their
career. This also helps in meeting and review the person goals of the individual in the large
market so that they can get their career path. There are various job opportunities in this
department by this I have chosen this for the best one in order to have the good career that will
leads to have future growth.
Brand management: It is the career path in which the manager of the company analyse
the internal and external management which leads to get the organisation or the product
line in the life of the individual. The person basically includes the messaging an the
customer experience in the across the various level and the platforms in the market.
Social media marketing:This is the career path in which certain social media platforms
is being used in order to attract the large customer base in order to spread the brand
awareness to the large pool of customers. It includes Facebook, Instagram etc.
