Reflection
I have experienced numerous feelings while completion of this particular foundation
year. This experience has helped me to analyse my weaknesses and strengths and made me
aware about the number of things that is needed to improve in me. Large number of skills has
been learned by me and many challenges has been faced by me during this course. All these
challenges has boosted me in order to perform much better. Here is the complete description of
my experience and learning during this course. The reflection will be performed with the help of
Gibb's reflective cycle. This is consists of mainly six stages and that is, Description, feelings,
evaluation, Analysis, conclusion and actions plan. My entire experience is based on studying the
degree of business management (Adeani, Febriani and Syafryadin, 2020). During these years I
have analysed many things. I have chosen this degree for my career as I have high interest in the
field of business and I want to do something in the field of business. While pursuing the
foundation course, I made my vision clear that, I want to loin business field as it is my passion
and my goal as well. Throughout the time I have learned numerous things that went well and not
so well. Thus, it was the experience that is full of positive and negative scenario as well.
Numerous assignments has been given to me during the year, at initial stage I was
worried that, I cannot attempt all the things on time and this may lead to impact my academic
result, however, with the passage of time my confidence level has been boosted up and made me
enable to achieve all of my task with in decided time-frame. A group assignment has been given
to me and my friends. The starting of the assignment went drastic as no coordination was among
all the members. Furthermore, the task that has been given to each member was not completed
on time. As I was very keen abut role and I try to make effective contribution. However, this did
not worthy at all. Team work is consists of team effort a single individual cannot make it perfect
(Bamford, 2020). Thus, the outcomes was not so good. Two of the members in the group always
