INTRODUCTIONMarketing Communication can be defined as the process which is used in order tocommunicate with the target customers of the company such with the way of advertising,personal selling, publicity, online advertising, direct marketing and through some more modes(What is marketing commussnication (MarCom)?, 2019). Organisations are focused on providingthe right messages to their customers with the help of marketing communication (Timofeeva andet. al., 2016). The following assignment is based on the organisations named as Ella's Kitchen. Inthis assignment, the full Marketing Communication Plan will be prepared on the basis of criticalissues faced by the company at the time of communicating with their target customers. Thisassignment is based on the critical issues founded in the Assessment 1 and on the very basis, theMarketing Communication Plan will be prepared covering various aspects.MAIN BODYMarketing Communication PlanThe following is the marketing communication plan of the Ella's Kitchen Organisation,which is based on the issues that were encountered by the company in communicating with theirtarget customers (Batra and Keller, 2016). So this Marketing Communication Plan has beenprepared in order to overcoming the problems faced by the company to deal with theircustomers. The description is provided as under:SOSTAC MODELThe following model was propounded by PR Smith. This model is used in order tocomplete the marketing and business planning of an organisation. In case of Ella Kitchen also,lthe following model has been used (Swani and et. al., 2017). The implementation of this modelin the working of this company is provided as under:SOSTAC stands for Situation, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action and Control. S (Situation)Situation, in the first part of SOSTAC Strategy, the main focus of the company is madeon the Situation Analysis (Duffett, 2017). The following analysis is conducted throughundertaking PESTLE analysis which is used to know about the impact of external environmenton the working of the company.
