Firm is establish inmany countries. They have operations in around 48 countries. The brand is well know in all overthe world. Firm first starts from domestic location and after that the expand their business inother countries also. There are around 163,600 employees are working with this brand. Theyregularly creating new opportunities for new people so that they can show their talent in marketplace. IKEA is having 392 stores in all over world. Enterprise is following matrix structure.
