Additionally, they develop marketingplan as per their research and evaluation. They can easily compare it with other organisation'splan. Along with this, they can use various tools and techniques for above stated purpose. It mustbe flexible, so that, if there is any need of alteration, employer can do easily. It will also assistthem in their decision making process.
