1. Learning experience
Learning seems to be a continuous process that plays a major role in success of an
individual’s life. The MBA course was one of such learning experience, which will be
contributing in my career. Before initiating this course, I was aware about my objective for
entering into the course, but I was not sure if I would be able to attain appropriate experience
as I was not having business studies knowledge prior to this course. I was not confident
enough that if I should get into the course or not. The major purpose of this course for me
was my goal to conduct business internationally. I was aware about the learning objectives of
management business administration course. The experience from this course has been
impacted through my strength and weakness, and thus I have experienced various positive as
well as challenging experiences (Dosser & Nicol, 2016).
As the experience initiated, I was having problem in understanding some technical term, as I
was not from business studies background. Other than this I haven’t been in touch with
English courses since very long, which act as hurdle for me to understand some academic
terms. However, as the courses and lectures increases by every day, I found myself being
comfortable during the course. Moreover, the learning and the exposure was the most
significant aspect that was part of the experience. The courses included various theories and
models pertaining to various subjects of management (Bruggeman & Baerdemaeker, 2015).
Initially the focus was on all the subjects of management; however I found that my interest
was more in marketing subject as it was related to the practical aspect of the market. I found
that the marketing studies could be helpful for me in attain my goal of becoming a successful
entrepreneur and conduct marketing actions in my business. Moreover as the experience was
going on I find that my knowledge was increasing which has also act as brainstorming, as this
has increases the idea and innovation pertaining to my business proposal. Moreover, along

with knowledge, the confidence level was also noticeably increased during the course as the
opportunity to share the idea; knowledge with one another in the university reflected a great
exposure during the course, which was one the positive experience reflection. One of the
advantages from my previous experience that has also impacted the comfort of course
attainment is my working experience in domestic and international market, which makes the
understanding of various subjects easier (Laud & Arevalo, 2016).
After the experience the identified learning from the course included communication skills. It
is important to present oneself and communicating with various stakeholders. Through MBA
course it was one of the major learning for me, as the exposure and increase knowledge has
not only increased the confidence but also enhance the communication skills for me. Time
management is another key learning that I feel would be helpful for me to complete my
project and various actions taken in the project as per the schedule and time. There have been
various learning’s, but the major learning other than these two were ability to see the broader
view, increase emotional intelligence, increase knowledge pertaining to different subjects like
financing, entrepreneurship, leadership, business laws, marketing, and operations
management (Sánchez-Vidal et al., 2012).
