INTRODUCTION
Marketing refers to as promotion of goods and services for gaining profit for the
organisation and it includes advertising, selling and delivering commodities to their
customers and businesses. Tesco is taken as the base company for this presentation. Tesco
is a multinational groceries and retailer store which has headquartered in UK and it was
founded by Jack Cohen in 1919. In context to Tesco, this presentation covers the analysis
and audit of Tesco's current market and competitive environment which is done through
different tools such as SWOT analysis and Porter's Five Forces Model. It also includes
Marketing Mix tool which is used to analyse the current market of Tesco.
