Question 3: Advertisement message
The message which is being showcased by the company to their customers is that individuals
must increase their engagement in caring others whether known or unknown through which it
can ensure that the living standards within the society are being increased. Thus for showcasing
the amount of caring actions which each individual is having towards others they can utilize
several ways (Lair, 2017). This include doing welfare activities and with the they can also use
greeting cards which are being provided by Hallmark, through which organizational customers
are empowered to efficiently showcase their caring actions towards others. By using these cards
which are being provided by the organization individual customers can play their role in the
chain of caring others.
Hallmark tend to implement demographic segmentation in the market place through which it
tend to ensure that company is able to attract wide range of customers toward itself and manages
to achieve customers diversity in its work place. By utilizing this working strategy hallmark tend
to develop products in such a way that it is being gender neutral and can be utilized in various
situations by which customers can efficiently choose the type of products which fulfil their
requirements. Through this fulfilling of the customers requirements company tend to make sure
that chances of brand switching are being reduced. Company tend to provide products as per
various situations for fulfilling customer requirements and which can be observed in the
advertisement provided by the advertiser (Shareef and et.al, 2017). In which the individuals are
making caring activities in various situations and because of which it can be evaluated that
organizational products can be utilized in various situations because of which customers are
assured that company is able to fulfil their requirements. Therefore company tend to develop
creative and attractive products such that it is able to surpass customer's expectations and
manages to achieve augmented level of customer satisfaction which is often arises when the
developed products is able to surpass customer's expectations.
Question 4: COVID-19 impact on retail industry and future of industry
The retail industry all across the globe is being affected because of the negative impact of the
COVID-19 virus. This happens because in order to stop the spread of virus governments all
across the globe have to implement total lockdown within the country (Brydges, Retamal and
Hanlon, 2020). Due to which customer's engagement with the retail market has faced an

significant impact, resulting reduced sales which has affected their sustanibility within the
market place. Due to this negative impact of COVID-19 the overall economic growth of the
countries is also being affected and due to which a series of consecutive steps have to be taken
by which the retail market's performance can be improved.
Thus in order to achieve a high level of work productivity the retail market can utilize several
creative measures which are as following.
1. Increasing activities in online marketing- The retail industry can increase its
engagement in online market through which it can make sure that it is able to reach
customers at different geographic areas which can be utilized for advertising organization
and providing its services (Colbert and et.al, 2020). Through this work improvisation
company can make sure that it is able to increase organizational sales and manages to
implement customer diversity in its work areas.
2. Smaller size of stores- Retail market must tend to analyse and develop its working
strategy in such a way that high productivity is being achieved in minimum expenditures
through which expenditures can be minimized. This is also very effective because
companies tend to provide their products through online distribution because of which in
store purchasing of customers will be reduced and thus space consumption of store can be
minimized.
3. Analyse demand fluctuations- it is very important for that retail industry that it tend to
analyse the market trends such that it is being able to provide new and rare products to
the customers. Through this it can ensure that company is being able to fulfil customer
requirements by which customers can be motivated to increase their engagement with the
organization which will increase their loyalty and at the same time will provide and
efficient economic growth.
4. Long term strategies- Retail industry must trend to develop its working strategy in such
a way that it is able to meet the future requirements of the customers. This is important
because customers are changing their ways of buying products and because of which it
must also develop its working strategies such that high results can be achieved in small
expenditures. This is necessary because companies have to ensure that it is being able to
attract customers to ensure its sustanibility in the changing market trends and to achieve
an efficient competitive edge.

5. Customer suggestions- Retail industry tend to provide products to the customer such
that it is able to fulfil their requirements and because of which it must develop efficient
communication bridge with the customers. such that it is being able to identify their key
requirements and then provide accordingly, through which customer retention can be
improved and chances of goal achievement can also be improved.
Question 5: Think different apple campaign
Message provided by Apple to their customers is that the organization tend to establish high
efforts on providing new innovations and improvisations of technological updates to their
customers (Renesi, 2018). So that they can be assured that they are achieving best in class
products which is being able to fulfil their requirements and is a value of money product. Thus
in order to provide high level of work productivity Apple trend to ensure that it is being
concentrating its efforts on the core values of the organization, apart from other diversified
activities (Payne, 2017). Through this it tend to ensure customers that they will be having best in
class new and improved products.
Through the Think Differently campaign Apple manages to ensure its customers they company
is making concentrated efforts for introducing new technologies and integrating them in the new
developed products. Through this assurance organizational customers were assured that the new
products is able to fulfil their requirements and is also able to surpass their expectations because
of which the product developed by Apple manages to achieve the augmented level of customer
satisfaction. Through this approach Apple is not only being able to achieve high customer count
but has also achieve an efficient economic growth by implementing premium pricing on its
products.
The emotions which were being developed by the video were inspirational because the company
is highly motivated to analyse and learn the prime factors due to which it has achieved failures

selling of their products through which they can achieve an efficient economic growth. Due to

to utilize customers to develop their contact with the organization and analyse its services. This
was also analysed during my last engagement with that organization in which the salesperson
tend to identify the requirements (Mishra, Singh and Koles, 2021). Then showcased the
organizational products in such a way that it is being able to convince the customers about the
high built quality and utilization of the product. This motivates customers to develop their
engagement with the company and evaluate the services which is being provided by it. Therefore
the it is important that the salesperson is having an efficient marketing skills through which it can
ensured that customers are being motivated to purchase the products and utilize organizational
services.
The salesperson tend to develop efficient communication with the customers and utilize this
communication to identify their requirements, so that product's specifications can be showcased
accordingly. Through this salesperson can make sure that customers are able to evaluate the level
of services provided by the company and tend to ensured that customers requirements are being
fulfilled. Through this effective communication sales personal often tend to play a significant
role in the decision making process of the customers (HR and Aithal, 2020). Therefore it is
important for organizations that it provide a proper training to its salespersons, through which it
can make sure that they are able to showcase the organizational products and is able to provide
high organizational sales for the company. This is important for organizations that salesperson is
being able to reduce the chances of brand switching for the organization so that company's
performance in the changing market trend can be assured and chances of goal achievement can
also be increased.
