Neil's Yard deals with organic products like oils, different wash room and cleaning
essentials. This company is huge competitor of L'occitane. L’occitane deals in selling of the
organic skincare and beauty products. They usually spend more on organic products which limits
the chances of side effects (Brown and Lee, 2017). This firm is a British seller. It is concerned
with different beauty products. It was found in London. It includes product as herbs, cosmetics,
etc. This firm includes natural and organic products. Nowadays, people avoid to use chemical
products. This report is about Neil's Yard Remedies and is based on reducing negative effects on
society. In relation to this, both company’s essential viewpoints will be discussed in study.

Neil's Yard Remedies is a seller which deals in beauty and healthcare products. It is in
terms of organic and not on chemical based. This firm was founded in 81 in 198int Garden,
London. The product is distributed widely. The product is distributed in different countries like
Canada, USA, Japan, etc. (Dillaway, Lysack and Luborsky, 2017) It also offers herbs, oils,
alternative medicine, wash room products, etc. The also provides services by distributing

In year 2007, Neil's Yard was awarded for providing better services in health and skincare

has reached to urban areas. Due to this it brings worthy work options to impart products in every

staff which increased to 83%. Around 88% staff thinks that this firm runs on environment
friendly resources which reduces the risk of chemical reactions. 82% people thinks that the
company runs in relation to business success heading towards fulfilling staff requirements and
also in addition to incentive schemes. The firm provides free services to staff. The mangers are
enjoying lovely organic products (Hicks, 2015). According to percentage, 86% of staff
positively agreed working in this institution.

green. This company's biggest competitor is L'Occitane. But in comparison to this, Neil's Yard is

now, business has expanded its services to Japan, USA, etc. (Li, Allan and Evans, 2017). The
firm helps to look forward that customers are not harmed by any of its product. The Company
has many competitors, but still rules at top by keeping the planet clean and also focuses on
recycling of resources. They provide different skincare, healthcare, cleaning products in such a
way that it protects customers from pollutants.
WEAKNESSES
The main weakness of the company that it sells the product very costly. Neil Yard's also
has the issue of availability of products on store because of regular supply of organic products.

Due to this customer may also reduce, as they can buy from any other stores. They are struggling
in situation to provide products on every store at proper time which will increase company's

major things as reduce,reuse and recycle the products. They have never used plastic products
through which they have successfully attempted in manufacturing more and more, having
certified products. The product is served healthy. They aim in manufacturing colourfully without
any chemical reactions. The organic product are sold with natural ingredients.
Price: Company's strategy is to reduce the cost of product with continuous improvement in
quality of the organic products. The price of products offered by an organisation is high but the

their profit. Company's head is always responsible for better growth of firm. Functions
performed by HRM must be done innovatively. Repeated ideas in functioning work will not
increase business production. Its responsibility of HRM to look that company must grow initially
in right direction which is best plan to improve efficiency of business.
Manager should be aware about company's easier and faster growth that leads to more
profitability. Business runs because of clients only and hence buyer and seller must be connected
with each other regularly at every level. Potential customers will always help in growing
enterprise by their innovative ideas and will make business a big competitor in market. HRM
must find which work takes more time and energy and that work should be completed initially on
time with appropriate team. They should involve social media in promoting their products and
services. Experts must always update themselves according to changing market. Company needs
to be loyal for the quality of its product and new products must be invented for better
productivity of business.
