The proper measurement and evaluation of the social media marketing plan are
necessary as it will be helpful in analyzing the intangible benefits of the marketing aspects
which will be beneficial in improving as well as enhancing the brand awareness, educating
the different customers along with analyzing the different prospects about the benefits which
can be generated from the product.
With the proper evaluation plan, it will be helpful in strengthening the stakeholder
relationships (Abdallah and Jaleel 2015). The marketing performance measurement should be
the logical extension of the planning along with the application to the different marketing role
within the organization. There are different kinds of critical elements which can be helpful
for the overall growth of the firm in terms of the other competitors which are present in the
market in a positive manner.
Furthermore, the proper measurement and evaluation of the following aspects are
required to be commenced by the respective organization which are as follows:
Feedback of the Customers
The proper feedback from the different customers is essential and it plays a major role
in managing the various operations successfully. With the proper feedback of the customers,
it will be helpful for the company to assist in managing the productivity of the organization in
an appropriate manner (Huang 2015).
Repetitive Purchases- It is the second aspect which should be identified by the
company as it will provide them with the overview of the purchases which are done by the
company. Moreover, Zimmer Wheaton needs to analyze the different reviews of the clients
post purchase of the cars from their company as it will increase their overall sales as the

customers will be happy with the purchase and the feedback process through official website
or via Facebook can be one of the appropriate measures to improve the overall competitive
advantage in the market (Macnamara 2015).
Competitor Analysis
The proper competitor analysis is one of the main aspects which should be performed
by the company which will provide them with the brief overview on understanding the
different strengths and weaknesses that is relative to those of own products and services of
the entire organization in an appropriate manner.
Marketing Spend per customer- It is the first aspect which should be measured by the
respective organization as the cost of acquisition per customer can be calculated by
separating the various costs by the number of the customers who are being acquired during
the period wherein the money was spent (Garrido-Moreno, Lockett and Garcia-Morales
2015). The Zimmer Wheaton needs to prepare a blog wherein it will be helpful for the
company to keep their website alive and it will be beneficial in improving the ability of the
customers which will be helpful in increasing the post purchase of the company
appropriately.
Cost Analysis
The proper cost analysis is considered to be one of the most useful tools which can be
utilized as the measurement and evaluation tool in the organization. The different kinds of
cost form an essential part in the organization and it, therefore, becomes crucial for the
companies to understand whether the organization has been able to engage themselves in the
overall success of the marketing deliverable which in the financial terms (Keegan and
Rowley 2017). With the implementation of the cost analysis, it helps the financial managers
