4.2.3 Marketing Plan mix of the year to attract a new Target Market Segment
Through the efforts of their marketing, they want to attract ideal customers who are
the target audience to sell their products or services. To create a content that connects the
people they need to understand their targeted audience, words that are spoken, benefits
enjoyed by them and why should they hire their services and product.
The above knowledge assists the actions of the marketing team when the latter is
documenting it in the form of a marketing persona.
Details about the target audience, their whereabouts regarding who, when, why,
where and what, along with the understanding of the information related to general graphics
such as job title, business size, gender job function, needs, challenges, team size as well as
pain points are all documented in the marketing persona for the future use of the company.
The main goal is to draw the attention of the customers who share similar desire,
goals, challenges, and pain points as one of their best customers.
They ask the following questions to themselves:
Who are the existent best customers?
What are the qualities that the customers share amongst them?
What are the reasons that these customers have searched for a solution related
to our product and service?
What urged them to buy our product?
What will the customers gain by selecting us despite a fierce competition?
From this point craft, the statement of the target audience:

effective content. They can make use of this process to start. To efficiently document the
details of the target audience, they can research the latter to frame a marketing persona.
Customer Survey should be Launched
To connect with their best customers, they should analyse why current customers are
hiring their product 1.
Tools like Survey Monkey or Polldaddy should be used to ask the following questions
from the customers:

What difference is the product or service making in your life?
