Side Launch brewing company has achieved accolades and glory as one of the finest
beer providers in the threshold of Ontario. Integrated supply chain management is the agent
behind customer satisfaction. Mention can be made of the Wheat Beer, which is served
unfiltered with natural yeast and protein. However, the scientists are concerned about the
improper storage facilities, which has degraded the freshness and quality of the yeast.
According to David and David, (2016), this condition is an issue in terms of achieving higher
competitive advantage over the contemporaries, stalling the dream of becoming one of the
largest breweries. The staffs needs to be praised for their spontaneous efforts regarding
quality checks and controls along with risk assessment. Apart from this, continuous
improvement strategies were also used for mapping the ways in which the taste, quality and
freshness of the beers can be improved for retaining the prospective customers.
Statements were also produced about the storage and its benefits in the supervision of
the consultants. Audits were conducted for reviewing the current condition and implementing
new strategies for altering the standards and quality of the operations (Laszlo &
Zhexembayeva, 2017). One of the positive steps taken by the company was lodging a
replacement schemes, where the customers, who were deceived through the purchase of
inferior quality white beer had to upload a picture and send it to the company through emails.
These spontaneous approaches helped Big Launch to bag a gold medal at the Canadian
Brewing Awards. This award enhanced the reputation of the brand image of Side Launch,
