SOSTAC Analysis
This is a tool which is used for business and marketing planning and this model has
been used by many companies in order to make an effective plan and this model is
also consider as the one of the most popular models(Alshaikh, Maynard, and Ahmad,
2021). This model mainly focusses on the process in which it creates and executes
the marketing plan in order to encourage the data from the controlling stage of
various previous marketing plan and it also involve the analysis of future. The

model. As before expanding business in an new country it is important to

how company interacts, what company do, who the company are in the industry.
This also involves external and internal situation analysis.
