Marketing refers to the department of a company from
which the profit can increase by satisfying the needs of
the customers. It is essential department in every
business as the business needs to develop different
strategies that can identify the requirements of the
customers. The interrelationship between the marketing
and other operation of an industry are important in order
to accomplishing the goals of business.
The production department refers to the operational department in
which the technical strategies are implemented. In this department, the
technical specialist occur which help in bringing the new technologies
in the industry. In context of British airways, the marketing department
identify the needs of the passengers and help in the building the quality
in operation department. The marketing department also helps in
providing the expenses to manufacturing the products with the right
information. With this the operational department of British airways can
fulfil the requirements of customers at a cheap price. The marketing
department can analyse the nature of manufactured products which can
decide the marketing of the products.
