INTRODUCTION
Project management is basically the application related to knowledge, skills, tools and
techniques that can assist business in achieving their goals and objectives. A project manager is
the person who is responsible for designing, planning and controlling task of the project. The
name of the current project is boom app and the industry which is been involved in this from
information technology. Present report will lay emphasis on Boom app which is an intended base
company similar with zoom and bb collaborate, that is facilitating meetings, sharing documents
messaging and verbal talking through the Internet. Report will lay emphasis on the marketing
campaign for the development of the app.
Business case company
Milton Keynes is the company who have been involved in developing Boom app. It is the
app similar like Zoom. The company which is been selected is a part of information technology
industry. They are developing and selling web conferencing and video conferencing. The new
app is also going to provide functions like organizing meeting, document exchanging and
messaging (San Cristóbal, 2017). Firm is also making sure that the users can have benefits of
platform compatibility and protection of data. App is also offering convenient virtual meetings
and that too anytime and anywhere. The company is now being involved in making plans for the
marketing campaign of the new Boom app.
Rationale for exhibiting
The marketing campaign for Boom app is been exhibit by the company in order to increase
the user based of app. This app is been designed to solve the problems of users who are unable to
go anywhere because of the present situation. By this app they can video conference with the
other users. This campaign will help company in making sure that every step of their project plan
is been linked with the business objectives (Owusu, Chan and Shan, 2019). The marketing
campaign for Boom app will also assist the firm in increasing their brand name and they will also
be able to earn more profit which is really necessary for the growth of firm. It will also assist
organization to deliver the right content and to the right audience who are in need of it. Adequate
planning and research for the market campaigning will be done so that the Boom app can achieve
the growth metrics.
