The project scope defines the overall working which has to conducted in the framework
of the project. It defines the overall working which can be performed within the working of the
project to guide the project to the factor of success (Marchewka 2014). Some of the crucial
aspects which are defined in the scope is the timeline and the budget of the project.

Project stakeholders can be considered as a group, individual or organization who are
affected to perceive themselves by the different decision, activity and outcome of the project.
they can be considered as success factor determination of the project (Heagney 2016).
Question 3
Delegation authority are important in the working of the project due to the factor that
through the aspect of the delegation the managers would be able to allocate and work in a free
and easy manner.

Limitation of the role would be directly helping in the sector of the dividing the task into
