AirAsia has revenue of US$5.01 billion in 2016 financial year; the corporation has more than 17000 employees as of 2016. The company has successfully adopted a social media marketing strategy, and they use online channels to post the latest news, offers and interact with their customers. This report will focus on social media marketing strategy of “AirAsia” and evaluate whether their social media posts are ethical or not.
