a) Concept and process of Marketing Marketing has a versatile significance for a company to increase the sales of theproducts(Xiong and Bharadwaj, 2013). So this one helps to the MacDonald to increase the salesfor their products. they are having a vital range of products like: Burger, Pizzas and drinks. Butthey are having huge market competition as well so it is essential for them to use marketingconcept, they have to use product concept which helps to them to make their products accordingto the needs of the customers. To use this concept they have to make analysis of the customersdemands by taking their customer's feedbacks or they can make online survey of their customersto increase the effectiveness of the foods.b) Importance of Marketing for productMarketing is having potentials to increase the product quality according to the customer'sneeds and market competition(Alter, 2010). Many rivalry companies are available for theMacDonald and these companies are also selling Burgers in the market. So it is essential forthem to differentiate their product from the others and also use the competitive prices to increasethe sales of the Burgers. So by this company can manage healthy competition with the rivalrieslike: Subway so they have to use this to increase the sales of the products. It helps to thecompanies to make a relationship with the customers which have to be maintain by the companyto manage this increase sales for a long time.c) Discussion on the insights have changed the perception of Marketing beforethe startingIn the earlier times companies are having focus on the sales for their products which theyhave in the stock. This is a traditional marketing where they are just focusing on the sales not onthe product development, this marketing concept now has changed the perception of thecompany and now they are focusing on the customers demands and after it they are makingproducts accordingly(Varnali, Toker and Yilmaz, 2011).
