Introduction
The main aim of this essay will be to identify a best location in the context of
population, income and others in New South Wales in order to sale the new portable electric
bike which is going to be launched in the marketplace. A basic customer driven strategy will
be discussed in this essay.
Location
The location selected for the organization will be Sydney, one of the most famous and
important city in the region of Australia. It is the most populated city of New South Wales, as
well as the largest city. The population of the city is more than 80 lakhs, and the income of
the people is near to 70,000 AUD, which reflects the high purchase level for the electric bikes
among the customers (Nsw.gov.au 2019). . These will help the organization to introduce their
new electric bike to the people of the city. The main purpose of the launch of this new
product is to reduce the pollution in the city. It has been recently in the researches that the
city of Sydney, as the city has been exposed to potentially dangerous levels of air pollution.
Launch of the electric bike will help to reduce the air pollution and this will be the main
launching aim of the company.
