people within and outside a company.
For the presentation, selected company is
Marriot hotel and resort which is a brand
of full-service hotels and resorts.

Discern and explain the Covid 19 protocol that hotel
industry implement while the guest are checking
The time period of Covid 19 is such a worst
that many big and small scale company are
suffering losses. Marriot is such a big
organisation in the hospitality industry in
which employees followed all protocols and
guidelines (Dimitrios and et. al, 2020).

Vaccination policy: The first most protocol
that they are implementing is that the guests
who are checking in the hotel need to be
vaccinated.
