is an American multinational brand which was
founded in 1927 by J. Willard Marriott and Alice
Marriott.

Marriott was not much broader they
mainly provide accommodation,
dining, meetings and wedding facility
to their guest. Marriott have various
departments that collectively work
together in order to achieve the goals
and objective of business. In past, the
brand has few number of hotels but
now they are known for one of the
biggest hotel chains in world. The
customer base of Marriott was not so
much in past but now brand have
strong customer base that helps in
improving the performance and
growth of business. Marriott has
expanded their business across
various countries in order to enhance
their growth and create strong market
presence across globe.
Future operations
The future operation of Marriott hotel is to improve
the customer experience by implementing advanced
technology. There are few trends that will shape future
of hospitality industry such as bleisure travelers and
hotel work space, holistic hospitality, health & well-
being, digitalized guest experience, personalization,
asset management strategy, sustainability and virtual
& augmented reality.
