INTRODUCTION
Human resource management refers to the all the activities as well as operation which are
involved in recruiting selecting encouraging as well as maintaining the workforce in the
company. This will also focus on several people in the organization in order to make them
perform several practices in an effective as well as efficient way. In addition to it human
resource management is paying more emphasis on creating the functional division in order to
ensure that staff members are productive as well as performing well in the company in order to
accomplish the goals and objectives of the organization (Bilousova, Borodavka, and Nurkevych,
2021). The following report will cover about the theory of human resource management as well
as several issues of human resource management.
MAIN BODY
Maslow's theory of motivation
Motivation is refers to the scientific method which will influence the people in order to perform
any practice or work which are linked to attainment of the goals and objectives of the company.
In addition to its basic problem is lack of encouragement among the people in the company and
because of this human resource management tries to use this method in order to increase the
level of motivation. Therefore, this will have the major influence on the employees in order to
accomplish the goals of the company. Moreover to this Maslow’s hierarchy it’s represented as
one of the pyramid in which the last element of this consist of the most common need of the
people on the higher side of the pyramid it is consist of the several complex needs of the workers
(Chopra, 2021). This theory is described below in brief.
Physiological needs – These are such needs which are required by the people as one of
the most basic need for the survival such as food, water, air and shelter. The associates of
the organization focus on managing their employees by providing them that suitable
environment where reasonable hours of working as well as sufficient monetary support to
them workers which will lead them to perform consistently in order to accomplish the
goals and objectives of the company for the long period of the time.
Safety needs – It involves such news which gives the people with enhance section of
security as well as protection from their health as well as wealth. The seeds of the
organization must focus on financial security, health insurance, personal security and
