Introduction
The use of information system and the integration of the information system is very
important for the organizations. The case study of the Bell studio has been described in this
report. The organization has provided description about the purchase system, Cash
disbursement and the payroll system. The report describes the systems individually and the
risks and problems associated with the systems with the help of some illustrations.
Data flow diagram of purchased system
The diagram aims at describing the activities taking place within the purchased
system. Purchase system of bell studio performs the task that includes receiving the goods,

receiving details regarding orders digitally, preparing a copy of purchase order, checking the
ledger, selecting proper vendors and sending details regarding the purchase to vendors. The
system also includes receiving an invoice for the order details. The main entities associated
with the purchase system are receiving clerk, vendor, cash disbursement department,
purchasing clerk and accounts payable clerk. The purchase system will help in analysing the
activities effectively.
Data flow diagram of cash disbursement system
Data flow diagram for cash disbursement system for bell studio is used to understand
the cash processing within the system. The entity of cash disbursement clerk is concerned
with sending cheque towards the system, conducts a proper check over the system, and

prepares details regarding payable subsidiary. In response to this, the cash system provides a
purchase order copy to the clerk. Treasure entity receives a cheque from the cash system after
they have requested for mail cheque. The vendor entity is related to receiving a cheque from
the system. The receiving clerk aims at sending the invoice and purchase order copy towards
the system.

The data flow diagram for payroll system includes the major entities that are ledger
clerk, account payroll clerk, supervisors and payroll clerk. Ledger clerk receives vouchers,
