The prohibition of employees fromreceiving their remuneration or leaves or causing inconvenience for them that leads toworkplace discrimination. Therefore, it is dealt under theFair Work Act 2009.The state level statutes such as theEqual Opportunity Act 1984,Anti-Discrimination 1977and Discrimination Act 1991are also enacted to safeguard people from gettingdiscriminated on personal characteristics at state level.Employees are expected to:Inform about any unlawful discrimination occurring at workplace to the Line managerComply with state as well as territory laws and Commonwealth laws
