Introduction
With an experience of more than thirty years, the primary aim of Globex is to assist the
farmers of the Riverina region for increasing the crop productivity and reducing the cost and
time required for the same. The agricultural business of Globex aims at serving the farmers with
various technological innovations and products. Currently Globex has equipped various new
technologies and provides training to the experts at Wagga Wagga, Albury and Griffith. The
Precision Faming is one of the major products of Globex that aims at enhancing the farming
efficiency and productivity. This particular report aims at determining the project teams and
members associated with the development of a mobile based application system that would help
the famers of the Riverina region to increase their productivity with low cost.

1.3 Project overview
With the development of the two major products in market namely Precision Framing
and the Farm Equipments, Globex Corporation have extensively invested towards the
development and support of the farmers in the Riverina Region. Their new plan is to provide
support and extensive training to the farmers for preparing for the future with the help of wide
range of technologies. Further to increase the support for the Riverina farmer, Globex has
initiated a project MBFSA for the development of mobile application. For this purpose, Globex
have collaborated with Virtucon for the development of the mobile application. In order to start

with the project the teams and representative of Virtucon has contacted the Riverina farmers for
conducting a preliminary study to identify the requirement and demands of crops based on
different geographical areas in the region.
1.4. Project description
This particular project aims at developing a mobile application that will be easy to use for
the framers and would help them in improving the productivity and performance of the crops. In
addition to that, the application will also assist in making future decision based on the demand
prediction in various regions. The mobile application, the framers would be able to track and
gain insight regarding the different information including the quantity and quality of products to
grow. Further, the application will also help in to get contact with the different wholesaler to sell
their crops. Through the application the farers and the wholesaler would able to log in, register
and enter their information to find the appropriate buyer and seller of grains. The wholesalers
will be further categorised in terms of geographic regions that would help the farmers to
understand the demand of crops in a particular region.
1.5 Team charter:
The proper development of a team charter helps the project team associated with the
MBFSA project to establish their boundaries and define the direction. The below team charter
defined the specific responsibilities, skill sets and communication mode that needs to be
followed for the successful implementation and launch of MBFSA.

maintain accuracy of data and presenting the
analysis to the farmers in easy and user-friendly
way.
