The assignment 2 is based on creation and analysis of a personal SWOT which then has
to be studied in context of the fitment with the organization, which I this case is
Multiplex. The report in order to give a comprehensive understanding of the personal
strengths would conduct an MBTI test to further substantiate the arguments in the
discussion part of the report. Other objectives of the report here is to include the use of
three naturally occurring data, assessment of self by peers, critical discussion of the
improvement plan, assessing the fitment in Multiplex organization.

Importance of conversation, email and corporate artefacts
The section here will discuss how these three naturally occurring data can be used at its
optimum best to contribute to the organization and be a right fit for it.
Conversation at Multiplex
Multiplex is a global business organization, therefore conversation always holds a
paramount importance at the workplace. I have a role to play in the sales department at
the business organization, a department which has to engage with every other
department in the business organization. Thus, conversation is of prime importance to
my Job role. Conversation helps in better understanding the customers or the internal
stakeholders and keeping every person on the same page (Marlow et. al., 2016).
Conversation ensures that the goals of the organization are being communicated in an
effective manner to the employees in the business organization. Thus, for the
attainment of the organizational goals, conversations are really important. For instance,
whenever I go on a business meeting, my prime goal is to engage my client in the
conversation which would result in certain business for my company, leading to
achievement of the goals. Thus, it is highly advisable for one to engage in business
communication and conversation either in a documented or a verbal format, but the
conversation has to keep going smoothly
Emails
Email, is another form of communication or conversation in the business environment.
It is important for a person to really understand the importance and nuance of effective
email writing in order to communicate the message effectively. It becomes a difficult
task to have the right impact on the receiver in accordance to the intent of the message.
Email communication helps in documenting the conversation and serve as a good
source of remembrance in the future. I personally ensure that I mark email to my client
