Introduction:
The assignment delves into the importance and applications of the Myer Briggs Type
Indicator in the real professional world. The paper in order the study the topic in detail has been
divided into two parts. The first part summarizes an MBTI test, its results and agreeability. The
second part opens with a brief introduction of Mayer Briggs Type Indicator. This next part
studies the usage of MBTI and the types of professionals who use. The next part throws light on
the reviews of the professional regarding the usage of the test tool. The final part lists the similar
types of tools like MBTI which are in use.
Part 1:
Results:
The Junk Typology Test test conducted showed ENPF elements are present in ratio of
sixteen percent, twelve percent, sixteen percent and six percent. The result shows the attributes
based on four aspects Extravert, iNtuitiive, Feeling and Perceiving abbreviated into ENPF. The
Junk Typology test consists of sixty four question each with five options, a strong YES, YES,
uncertain, NO and a strong NO.
Meaning:
The Junk Typology Test showed that the ratio of extravert, intuitiveness, feeling and
perception are eight, six, eight and three respectively. This means that the examined person is
equally extravert and sensitive to feelings.
