McDonald's now is serving worldwide and has around 38695 restaurants and is headquartered at Chicago, Illinois, U.S. on the basis of revenue McDonald's is world’s largest restaurant chain that serves around 69 million customers on daily basis in 100 countries (Howse and et.al., 2018). Products of the company are hamburgers, chicken, French fries, soft drinks, milkshakes, salads, desserts, coffee, breakfast and wraps. In order to complete all the activities and operations of the company McDonald's has employed around 210000 employees. McDonald's has several specific qualities that have contributed in success of McDonald's and these elements and factors behind success of McDonald's are their consistency in experience they provide. This means that experience of McDonald's remains same no matter at what place one visits McDonald's restaurants. Moreover, Group and team behaviour can be defined as collective behaviour of those working together within organisation. Group can be defined as collection of individuals working to complete a task. However, within company, Tuckman’s model of team development provides different stages of team development and how it affects behaviour of team and team members. Members and individuals part of team are interdependent on each other. This difference in meaning of the group and team of also differentiate in their behaviour. Concerned with McDonald's group can be considered as group of customers, group of employees who are working together but do have different objectives. Team in relation with McDonald's can be quality control team, in which all the members of team share common goal that is to ensure quality of the food and related elements at McDonald's. This means that group behaviour consists of individual behaviour of the group members. Team behaviour on the other hand gets affected by stage of team development and roles that individual play as part of the team in McDonald's. Besides that belbin team model is also applied in it on basisofthat team roles are assigned to members. so, this highlyimpact on behaviourof group working within it. But Many of the governments also see McDonald's as threat to health because it is a fast food company and products of McDonald's cause problems like obesity and high cholesterol.
