Introduction
The following report is based on a brief study of an organization named McDonalds where the
major objective is to analyze and understand several factors that are associated with the
respective organization. The factors which are considered to be the key part of identification are
the organizational culture and behavioral systems pertaining in the respective organization and
the issues that are related to the leadership functions of McDonalds. Apart from this, the study
also brings an understanding about the theories and operation that are required to be taken as an
initiative for the future operational aspect of McDonalds to overcome the challenges and issues
that are related to the same.
In terms of the operational aspects of the organization it has been facing issues and
challenges under the behavioral aspects of the leaders and their leadership styles which were
adopted by them in the market. This brought some negative impact under the area of operation
where it was important for McDonalds to introduce positive changes that can enhance them to
adapt effective marketing strategy in the future. The report also includes certain measures that
are considered to be a part of finding the required solutions to the problems that are associated
within the organizational prospective. There are certain suggestions and recommendations added
to make the report more advanced and innovative.
