INTRODUCTIONA Project Charter refers to the formal, short document that defines the project in its whole– involving its objectives, the way it will carried out and its stakeholders. It is the document thatdepicts the existence of project and provides written authority for manager to begin work (Bettsand Tang, 2016). A charter for project typically documents reasons, objectives, constraints, mainstakeholders, risks identified, benefits of project and general overview of budget. In the presentassignment, given organisation is Virtucon Consultancy which is an Australian consultingagency that provides high quality, professional business and IT consultants in regional areasglobally and nationally. This report covers measurable organisational value and scope of project.Apart from this, a scope management plan is develop and project risk analysis is done. At last, aquality management plan, closure checklist and project evaluation is prepared in this project.PART 1Overview:Virtucon Consultancy is a consulting agency of Australia that takes a contract fromGlobex Corporation to extend the deal of improvement of other online money commercialplatform “I-Crop” which will build on website and mobile application as well. The main purposeof developing application and website is that it will assist seller and vendor to interact with eachother and enables to decide buying and selling rate of grains (Binder, Aillaud and Schilli, 2014).It aims to unite purchasers and producers by solitary platform and render simple and helpfulapproach to organise offers as well as purchase warehouse grain. Its another motive is to assistsbuyer and seller to save their money and time via mobile application and operating platformindependent site. Measurable Organisational ValueMeasurable Organisational Value refers to the overall goal and success measure ofproject. It is utilized to depict the value that project will bring to client. For providing real valueto company, a project should support the mission, vision and strategy of organisation and alignwith it. There are some areas which impact the project includes strategy, customer, financial,operational and social (Sanjuan and Froese, 2013).
