A strong healthy diet with all fruits and vegetables, high immune boosting food with all
essential vitamins and minerals are the essential measures which can be taken by
individuals to get stable healthy physical health. Health standards can be measured by the
percentage of people falling sick and their recovery rate which affects their long term
figures of healthy living standards in city. The data shows one in four people are affected
by mental health issues or neurological disorders.450 million people worldwide are
suffering from mental disorders and the leading disability disorders affecting their
physical health majorly (Blaner,2019).
The health dimensions which are physical health, mental health and social health are
highly important for sustaining strong percentage of immunity and nourishment. Obesity
has been growing concern in countries around the world, the epidemic continues with
around two billion people affected worldwide percentage being more than 30%. . It can
be checked by the increase in BMI index which if measures by 30 or above, it has
massive affects on individual life standards. The recent statistics researched by WHO
analyses there has been continuous increase by diseases and health risks to people
worldwide by obesity and overweight problems.
The health risks associated with obesity and overweight due to the lethargic lifestyles,
addiction of junk food habits and genetic factors highly contribute to increase in body fat
percentage and overall BMI of person. The global emergence in obesity percentage
increase develop risk of chronic mental disorders, low grade inflammation and various

on their mental abilities to bring on advanced synergy and stroger rational decisions
pertaining onto new rational paradigms where people face cases of extreme loneliness,
high depression which not only impacts their welfare standard but also for long term have
wide impact onto their understanding in living patterns. As the mental and social well
functioning is not proper many times in people they face high consciousness among
living standards where there are vast cases of people committing suicide due to unstable
mental health and where they are not socially engaged with people . The mental health

Mr X is an adult of 25 age working as HR manger in London, UK who has been
suffering from obesity from long period of time. The health profile of him explains he has
been largely suffering from health issues related to hypertension, increased blood pressure
and hypertension problems. The educational background and ethnicity of living standards
shows he was overweight from his high school period, due to less inactive social life and less
physical activities. His genetics history shows both parents also faced obesity problems for

largely addicted of fast foods, which affected his immune system and the physical well-
being taking huge toll on his weight. Lethargic lifestyle and not being much active in sport
activities during his childhood and high school period, social campaigns made him very
dysfunctional and impacted his weight to gain massive fat percentage. The health profile of
Mr. X explains he needs to reduce his obesity through focusing on exercises and health food
habits need to be taken care of for reducing aftermaths of obesity such as diabetes,
hypertension (Milla,,Menzo and Rosenthal,2019).
`The public health professional would conduct some questioner questions from Mr. X related to
overall health and mental well being perspectives which will determine to make an effective

This is one of the most innovative and effective method to get structured data related to people
physical and mental well-being, statistics related to the social healthcare measure which needs to
be taken for curing people health issues (Taylor and Guerin,2019). Health screening related to
delivery of health promotion and public health can be understood as one of the most important
parameter through which health promotion is widely spread among public health through which
new rational goals can be reached among widely spread world arenas. Health promotion and
delivery of wide screening will enable people to access data of how much people are facing
mental unstableness, and loosing their social connectivity among living parameters. Socially and
mentally people need to be active to bring new rational parameters where the utils and standards
define how wider technical advanced paradigms can be attained.
Benefits of health screening process can be analyzed with the fact that it enables to get
analysis of the various health standards among people within the physical, public and
social living standards where there are vast parameters through which more improvement
can be brought up among people (Crighton, 2020). The benefits also are that proper health
facilities can be built up among cities where the functional efficiency and medical built up
among people further brings in rational communicative synergy of productive living
standards with wide focus for bringing hygiene and also vivid counseling efforts. There are
various respective benefits of heath screening procedure for which new leverage is
developed among living standards where the vast counseling efforts bring on new energy
levels and upgraded medical facilities with which new society efficiency can be upgraded
(Reiband, Heitmann, and Sørensen, 2020).
Limitations and challenges which may arise within the heath screening process are that
many people may not feel comfortable to share their medical history or their present health
parameters within the living scenario where the health screening may not be conducted
with proper analysis and wider metrics may not be worked on.
The hygienic factors, cholesterol tests, blood pressure tests, diabetes tests are some of the
most common parameters through which population health screening is done. Advantages of
population health screening are it enables government investigators of country and regional
healthcare practisoners to get whole data about the current health scenario and major hazards to
people long term health standards. However the potential disadvantages are the screening is an
elaborative procedure where all individuals are not comfortable in sharing their health problems,
genetic disorders. Ethical considerations and sensibility factors must be taken special care of
while conducting the surveys and also often technology to keep all data safe and structured is
often expensive. Obesity is large spread health concern for all people around UK where the
factors have massively affected all age group peoples. There has been large rise in depression
and hypertension mental issues in people health due to which social healthcare measures such as
group mediation, yoga practices should be conducted in all regions.
Mr.X should be given guidance and medical by an experienced doctor or healthcare
practitioner who has high experience in treating obesity problems and solving his hypertension
mental health concerns. He should be advised to take proper guidance and assistance from

should be prescribed high fiber fruits and vegetables in meals by doctors to reduce his obesity
problems and high sugar levels. He should start attending yoga sessions, take proper physical

on building natural diet and eliminating fast foods from meal routine can gain strength again,
boost the immunity and regain mental peace for long term benefits (Workgroup and Committee

CONCLUSION
This report can be concluded with explanation that measuring health standards with
population health screening is highly important for country and region successful
implementation of healthcare practices. This report concludes population health screening will
help individual to gain knowledge on parameters where he needs to focus by altering lethargic
lifestyle from his daily habits. Obesity is found to be one of the most serious health
concern which has impacted living standards of health among people, where lethargic
lifestyle and ineffective living and unhealthy diets are causing major health problems for
people. Report hs concluded various health problems faced by the profile of person Mr. X
where there are various factors which show that obesity has been causing various health
issues (Fortea and et.al 2020). The gathered data and statistics will help him to become aware
of health hazards from obesity, the future health problems and the measures which needs to be
taken immediately. It also concludes Body mass index of Mr. X has been largely unstable and
constantly increasing, which has to be controlled for maintaining strong parameters on long term
health benefits. The health hazards on individual have been severely toxic on health structure and
mental consciousness where doctors and natural diet acre will play major role. It concludes the
importance of nutrition in diet and maintaining strong active life with exercises and functional
training, and how it can affect to eliminate obesity negative impacts (Reynolds and

and the various potential drawbacks which are high cost machines implementation and
