Perception has always been the root cause of change in the world. However, the question
overtime has been on what the wrong and right views of people, opinions, object and the world
are. Theologically, during creation of the universe, there is record of God remarking of his
creation as “good” after everyday of hardwork. He made all beings to co-exist peacefully (The
Holy Bible (KJV Version), 2018).
Overtime, due to evolvement of man, opinions and views based on perception. The
question has been if people have been blind for far too long. One can stick to certain opinions
and views about life only for them to wake up at one time and discover, they have been seeing
the world and fellow men in the wrong light. Just like the lenses advert that made the guy wake
up to the reality to the pet that he had for a while mistaken for a girlfriend, people can be
awakened from false realities that they often mistake for real life (Stefanucci, 2009).
Wrong perception can be created around rumors, misplaced theories, economies and
quality of services or products. The perception that quality education can only be found in
developed countries, marriage is only created when two people love each other, perception that a
person has certain characteristics based on how they look amongst other views, can be quite
misplaced. There should be room for chance to weigh views and based criteria after allowing in
different environment and seeing the outcomes from the difference (Henderson, 2003).
For long, the guy in the advert stuck by the ideology that the dog was his girlfriend
simply because he had wrong lenses that changed his vision. Until he acquired the right lenses
did he wake up to the truth that his reality was false. So many people still lie in false realities
believing in their truths as the realities they wish to continue living. Howver, God created
everything for the good of man and he made nothing with fault as all his creation was good.

Therefore, whatever bad misconceptions people have about each other, life can be changed
through seeing the world as it is and not as they perceive it. Its not bad, its just different. People
aren’t bad, they are just different due to variables such as time and the environment they are in
(Bargh, 2006).
