Launching Medic Mobile in Australia: Research Project Plan

Background of the research project
With the ramified economic changes and complex business structure, every organization
needs to advance its business process by using the updated technologies and system process.
In this research project plan, Medic Mobile non-profit organization has been selected to
prepare the research project plan regarding how Medic Mobile would be best to launch in the
Australia (McCoy, et al. 2018). It is the non-profit organization indulged in the technologies
services specialized in the mHealth. All the health workers are using the Medic Mobile to
register pregnancy, disease outbreak, and essential medicines. The business of mHealth has
been expanding throughout the time. Australia is emerging market and consistently showing
the increasing GDP rate and showing 2.8% annual positive change. This will also increase the
overall purchasing power of the people in Australia (Australia, 2018). It will show a positive
indicator for starting up new busienss of Medic Mobile in Australia. It is analyzed that the
main focus of company is to strengthen the overall work effectiveness of the health service
providers for the better treatment of the patients in Australia. This research project plan for
launching new Medic Mobile in Australia focused on the issues, changes and business
problems which Medic Mobile Company could face while operating its mHealth service in
Australia. In order to prepare this research project plan, quantitative and qualitative
information of the business operation of the Medic Mobile non-profit organization has been
collected (Medic Mobile, 2018). The journal articles, books, annual report, financial
statement, CSR reporting and costing sheet of the Medic Mobile Company has been analyzed
to prepare this report. The main objective of this report is to analysis the key information of
the Medic Mobile and issues which it would face while launching the mHealth services in
Australia which will strengthen the output of the research project plan report (Bulger, Kastl,
& Maier, 2017). This research project plan is unique and focuses on the key issues and
business problem which have been or might be faced by the Medic Mobile Company while
operating its business on sustainable basis in Australia (Vo, 2015). This project plan is based
on the qualitative and quantitative information and proper structure has been followed to
identify how Medic Mobile would be more effective as compared to other mHealth services
in Australia.
